Seedy?

I discovered when attempting to get out of bed that my lower back was complaining about the allotment visit yesterday - DaveH is probably right to blame the hedge clipping (he usually is - right, that is!).  So it was a rather quiet day in, featuring some music and lots of lying down on the floor.

I found these strange little things in the Sarracenia bloom - they were inside the green bowl-shaped bit. I can't tell if they're flowers, seeds, or both. I wonder if you can grow them from seed - dammit, I'll have to give them a try!
