Footie Supporters

This is the sculpture on the top of Oswestry's fried chicken outlet. It's one of a number around the town by local artist Jas Davidson and usually looks like this. 

The  man and his chicken have been dressed up as English football supporters especially for the European Cup. Quite a dodgy thing to do in a border town where there's always been (usually) friendly rivalry between English and Welsh. Wales certainly did better last night!
