Blackcurrant & Choc chip cookies

When we moved into this property we were told there are a couple of raspberry canes that produce fruit but they cut down the blackberry ones.
Well the blackberry are growing nicely, the raspberry have produced a load of fruit its like our own cottage industry!

We were not told about the black currants which have produced so much fruit I didnt know what to do, so Blackcurrant cookies today and I have made a summer pudding for tomorrow, once its turned out I hope to blip it.... well if it looks decent if it doesnt then perhaps I will hide my disaster.

Now I dont know what to do with the rhubarb, I've had stewed, crumble and rhubard sponge, but it keeps on coming!!!
