Joseph Pearce's, Edinburgh.

JPs has been there for over 100 years and these days it's a very pleasant place to enjoy a few beers, some good chat and the Olympic opening ceremony (which played silently in the background). It wasn't quite so congenial back when we lived opposite it, a couple of decades ago.
