Ladies That Lunch

Had a lovely day with the gorgeous Callie ensconced in Stockbridge. Leisurely breakfast of tea and buttered crumpets, a trawl of the fabulous charity shops, then lunch. We had no place in mind but saw a bar called Hamiltons and the menu looked good so in we went. Oh my! It was superb. I decided to break my usual rule of "First Pimms of the year is drunk on the last day of summer term". I am so glad I did because the Pimms here was amazing. A perfect balance of Pimms and lemonade and fruits. Was one of the best Pimms I have ever tasted. And my grilled chicken club sandwich with twice cooked chips was absolutely delicious. More charity shops then it was time to take Callie back to her hotel where Nick's conference was hopefully finished. I love my Stockbridge days with Callie. I think they will become a tradition!
