Filey

Spent the day on the beach at Filey. It's quieter than Scarborough, parking is easy and as a result leads to a more relaxing day. Louis and Sul played well together, had fun being buried in sand, playing in the sea and eating ice cream.

Made it back to watch the end of the cycling road race which we were keeping up with on the radio. Mark Cavendish unfortunately didn't get our first gold but it wasn't through lack of effort from the rest of the team. Never mind. Wiggins next week.
