A morning with 40 clergy looking at Baptism, full of good news! It's always refreshing to give loads of input only to find the attendees are, as always, ahead of the game. I spend my days training & teaching and after hundreds of sessions I think the biggest gift I can give is confidence. In the areas in which I work new information is nowhere near as important as encouragement to have a go, to keep going, to reach high & dare. And then the rest of the day in A&E. Michael next door was rushed in to hospital & will stay in tonight. Hopefully things will look better tomorrow.
