Fine dining

Leith used to have 3 Michelin starred restaurants, but now it's only 2. Behind this understated facade is a temple to fine dining. I've been a couple of times. I gave my husband a birthday treat at Martin Wishart's Cook School a few years ago, which was a very worthwhile investment, since he returned with several splendid additions to his repertoire from which I benefit directly! I have never eaten in a restaurant with more than 1 star, but we both have a trip to Heston Blumenthal's 'The Fat Duck' on our wish list.
