Angry?

The challenge for this week's MonoMonday is ''what makes you angry or annoyed' lt made me realise l am not really an angry person. Mr P says l am often quick to react but then equally quick to rationalise a situation.
So l decided l wouldn't do the challenge this week.

But sometimes a blip just jumps out that ironically fits a given challenge.
Today was one of those days. I needed to go into Bradford and went up to the station for the train. I use the train several times a week and always delight in the flower beds and tubs that adorn the station, often photographing them while l await the train. The planting is done by the village's community gardeners and a train users group, all voluntary. They were included in the Open Gardens event that took place in the village at the weekend.
So imagine my dismay when l saw this sign attached to one of the tubs.

The photograph didn't look good at all in mono so I've done a bit of faffing to try and lift it.
