Fountain on Kramgasse

Numerous fountains call to mind the heroes and past historical events of Bern.

There are well over 100 fountains throughout Bern and 11 of these still feature the original statues with their beautiful allegorical figures.

Main of the most famous ones are situated down the centre of the roads in the old part of Bern, along Kramgasse and Gerechtigkeitsgasse. Albert Einstein had a house in this beautiful part of town.
