A morning at Rosies football, she was struggling with inactivity in defence but in the final third of the game she was up front, no goals but she came away saying she thought it was her best game for Boroughmuir Thistle.

I had planned to go cycling but Rosie was with me longer than I thought, which is lovely, so we went out and played football in the park.
After she left I headed to the Pentlands and got very wet, but I love getting wet on these short hill trips, something life affirming about running in heavy rain.
