Birds...

Back in the day, Tib Street, in the Northern Quarter, was lined with pet shops selling all kinds of creatures. Fortunately they all closed many years ago. Most pets in the UK have to come from a properly certified dealer. But these birds are a reminder of this part of the city's past. They're not actually on Tib Street but on a building on the corner of John and Turner Streets, just off Thomas Street.
