Not Where I Expected To Be Today

Woke up this morning feeling a tad off just as I had been when I went to bed last night. Anyway off I went to work as I usually do. Going into town I suddenly got a really sore stomach and had to pull over. I threw up ( I know you didna really need to know ) but just carried on. The pain got worse and worse and had to stop another twice within about a mile. I knew something was amiss.

I turned the works car around at first oppertunity to head back. I thought it was my appendix so got back to the office and changed into my own car and headed to the A&E. On the way I called my boss and woke him (5 o'clock) to tell him what was happening. Got to the hospital and it was empty which is s surprise as there is always someone there and got seen straight away.

It ends up I have kidney stones and a urine infection because of them. I was given morphine after this contraption was put in my arm. I also had some x-rays done before getting put to a ward. I have since had a CT scan too to see the extent of the stones. I am currently waiting to hear the results of the scan.
