Watch it!

I took a good number of pictures of Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan today, but am not posting them, as this made me smile, so I hope it does too. Spotted on my way into town from the airport. Kyrgyzstan is a country which loves its horses, but it seems that bad driving can happen on horseback as well as in vehicles, so the traffic police keep as close an eye on the riders as they do the drivers! This guy seems to be getting a ticket!
