Guitar Lighter on a Stand

This flashes bright lights up and down the arm when you light it and continue for a few seconds afterwards. I have bought it for my Grandson Brad who plays the guitar.
I am having second thoughts though, I quite fancy keeping it myself to light candles with. But I couldn't do that, could I?
