Sort of a funny place for a chair

T and I thought we would go watch the Dragon boat races, since we didn't really know what they were.  Since it was a beautiful and hot day, we thought we would park a ways away and walk.  We saw geese and baby geese, ducks, a few fish and a turtle.  But the most surprising thing we saw was this chair in the water.  Extra photo shows the dragon boat.
