Blackberry

One of those long domesticated blackberries. 

More positive than yesterday - the sun came out and I was able to weed a bit.  I see now that everything has grown well - the only thing I won't have is winter brassicas - they succumbed to slugs etc, but I was a bit half-hearted with the sowing anyway. 

Also: swimming in the morning, sun-drenched Botanic ramblings in the afternoon.  Now I remember what I liked abut this place.  I like it even better now that I attacked the annoying tree stump in the evening, and won.
