Escape from the trap

A properly early start this morning, on the road by 5:30 heading north to Donington Park Circuit to join the Castle Combe Saloons on their road trip. Was great to see the familiar faces racing on the iconic circuit and have a lot of photos to edit! However for today's blip I couldn't resist this shot of a mini rejoining the track from a gravel trap. The mini racing was as close and as manic as always with several going through the gravel and a lot getting airborne off the kerbs. On one occasion a mini got close enough for me to get sprayed with gravel :-)
