Hunting Osprey

Having seen the amazing footage of the hunting osprey on Highlands: Scotland's Wild Heart  I felt extremely privileged to witness a similar display today.

Unfortunately the Osprey lost its fish on this occasion, but it was incredible to watch it dive into the water then bob along for almost a minute as it struggled with its grasp of the fish.
