The rain has stopped!
We've lived in this part of the world for the best part of 40 years and never been to Scone Palace so, when thinking of where to take our Ghanaian guest, it seemed a good place to go.
We went round the palace, walked in the grounds and drank tea in the sunshine. The peacocks (2 hens, 2 standard cocks and 1 white cock) were wandering around among the tables cadging food.
Once home I managed to get a bit of gardening done (and have just removed a greenfly from my ear!)
