Watched the Opening Ceremony yesterday evening not intending to watch it all, but stayed in front of the TV to the end. It was a real spectacle, non stop action. I really wished I had been there, the atmosphere must have been terrific. It reminded me of being in Trafalgar Square for the Millennium and soaking up the atmosphere of the occasion.
