Talmont

We got up early as five of our visitors were leaving, and after they said their goodbyes, we decided to take the dogs for a walk around Talmont. It's a lovely little village, very picturesque, perched on a rock on the river Gironde, south of Royan.
We still have Ollie(my son) and Emily with us, but they go home tomorrow, so after three weeks of back to back family visitors, I think the house will seem very quiet!
