Cooler again today, only 28 degrees! It's a hard life, but someone's got to do it!!

After four hours at the shopping mall, picking up a few local delicacies and a dress or two (that won't be returned!!), we headed to the beach for a walk in the soft evening sunlight, with Alicante and its fortress as a backdrop. One of us went for a swim, one of us went paddling, and one of us guarded the bags! Then back to the flat to dangle my toes in the swimming pool and watch the sun set over the mountains for a final time, whilst sipping a final glass of Cava...
