And Came Home With A Bag Full Of Fudge..

Off to Gardener's World & Good Food Show at the NEC today with a friend who I have not seen for nearly 2 years, but we had been to this show 3, 4 & 5 years ago so we decided to revive the tradition this year and renew our friendship. 

It was a fabulous day..
Admired the show gardens...loved this tea party made of flowers,
Tasted the cheeses....caramelised onion and rioja,
Smelt the roses...memories of grannie's garden
Sipped the vodkas....toffee, yes please...marshmallow, no thanks
Celebrity spotted...Carol Klein & Paul Rankin
Purchased plants...canna lily and williow tree
And came home with a bag full of fudge.

Missed meeting up with LoveLupins and didn't bump into Koko which was a pity...a blipmeet would have been an extra treat.
