Having scottish weather in Switzerland...

The weather forecast for today spoke of 60 liters rain per square meter. 
It seemed fine when I drove to the airport to pick up my friends Laura and Tich, it was fine when we drove back and fine when we went food-shopping. The moment we set foot outside to go for a walk with the dog around town, the 60 litres arrived at our direction...
