Shrewsbury Old River Bed.

A walk today following the route of the River Severn's previous and additional loop around Shrewsbury, which allegedly changed it's course approx. 5,000 years ago.
There is standing water in some areas with numerous wild flowers and grasses growing alongside the several paths of the 4 mile walk.
