Flower Threes

For Flower Friday BikerBear set the "Twist" to be Three - so it just had to be a trio of images - or a Triptych.  Looking closer, I noted the each of the flowers from my garden has something relating to three.

The yellow Water Iris has 3 layers of 3 sets of different shaped petals.
The blue Canterbury Bell (I think that is what it is) has 3 white stamen.
The little alpine, Sisyrinchium, has a flower with 6 petals, but if you look closely, the petals in two groups of three.
