An hour of online Aptis marking. A bit of work on the patio - uncovering and cleaning up of our bikes, hanging up dried lavender, gathering and picking up of the dry leaves and brushing up the area. Another trip to the recycling depot - this time with a pile of Bb's t-shirts. Bb came home at lunchtime today, rather than around 8pm which has been the norm these last few days. Left an unused folding chair from our roof terrace by the recycling depot too - they don't take furniture but hopefully a passerby will see it and take it. We walked out to check out the hours of a local furniture maker/repair place as we have an old family chair that needs fixing. My blip was taken in a wee Peruvian run place where we stopped for a lunchtime sandwich. It's in our barrio, but just beyond the streets where we'd normally walk. A warm welcome, interesting chat and delicious potato and onion tortilla assures a return visit.

We have a visit with a VIP tomorrow - a potential new cleaning lady. You can imagine how much work needs to be done in preparation for her!
