Day 4 of VBS

This is a group shot of three of my music classes. We had a rehearsal today for the Final program on Friday for the parents. They particularly love the theme song Always and Forever, no matter what, and the song He Is Risen. I will treasure many memories of this week of VBS. One of them happened today. I had my second and third graders help teach the preschoolers the theme song. They were thrilled to be asked to help. It brought out one particular shy boy, who had not really been singing all week. When I looked at him, he was singing his heart out and doing all of the actions. It was a very sweet tender moment to see.
