Fave band IAMX

Saw my fave band tonight after a terrifying drive in bad flash flood conditions. Met 2 cars partly submerged in water and broken down in the road! Awful.

It was a tiny tiny venue and of the 200 or so people in the room many were German, Ukrainian or Russian. I found out a friend from France had traveled to be there but only found out afterwards.

A very varied audience. I got to near the front and danced until I was a very hot, sweaty mess. Wonderful! I felt happy. I looked different afterwards :-)

Bad journey back as motorway closed, confusing traffic management and some stressful, negative interactions. Back safe though and that's what counts.
