Bale Has Scored!

I had to go to Old Harlow this afternoon. There was a party atmosphere in the pub gardens and this painter had the football blaring on his radio. I asked if I could could take his pic. By the time I'd got my camera out of the car he was in decline because Bale had scored. Even I know that that Gareth Bale is the man-bunned pacey Welsh winger who bends it like Beckham. Painter man launched into a tirade about the short-comings of the England team and a man came out of one of the houses in my pic saying that it wasn't worth watching the match.

Wish I could think of a footy saying to describe the turn around. MrQ was delighted with England's win.
