Thursday - as good a reason I know for a slice of raspberry and coconut cake. Pausing between classes at the local cafe. I finished three eight week classes this week, always a curious mix of sadness and joy. Preparing now for a working weekend- shift workers and island dwellers can't come every week for eight weeks so we have intensive weekends just for them.

Just picking up now on the news about Jo Cox. Stunned, saddened.
