Two fer...

Strange phenom in Toronto: lots of people in electric wheelchairs. While some are used for legit purposes, many seem to serve as alternate modes of transportation. These two doubled up for a joyride, complete with cigarettes, drinks, and the obligatory very loud and animated cell phone conversations.
