race for life day. it felt like the turnout was pretty poor for aberdeen although apparently there were 600 folk for the 10k. lots more for the 5k which was good. emotional as always and the minute silence at the start had me welling up. but I ran 10k in 55.07 - a personal best for me so I was chuffed as anything...but even more chuffed that the ava allstars team raised £815. so ace and we all enjoyed taking part.

in the afternoon we went to the school playground and had a pretty violent game of basketball, then we went to collect our ace new chesterfield chair from the reid's.
