Grass Cutter

Another day checking rights of way. Lapwings were not happy with our presence circling and squealing overhead. Such is the life for ground nesting birds protecting their nests. The sheep were a lot more relaxed although they kept a wary eye on Jet.

Had to detour around a herd of cattle with calves as they were far too frisky to risk walking through. We even found some stepping stones we have never seen before.

These two were enjoying some light lawn mowing just below the moor in Lastingham.
