Relocation Essentials No.18

I moved in to the house today.

Relocation Essential No.1 is up and running, at least it was for one glorious cappuccino.

I bought a step up transformer so I could run the 220V machine off a 110V supply. It worked, until the travel adaptor I used to crossover the plugs burnt out. The machine pulls 1300W while the adaptor is (was) rated to 950W. It only lasted for one coffee :( Man it was good!

Tomorrow I will rig it up to work using my teeth, bits of twig and some string, or something like that. I WILL MAKE IT LIVE AGAIN! Do I sound like Dr. Frankenstein . . . ? Ha ha ha ha ha . . .

Breaking news: Rufus arrived safe and sound. He's been walked, fed and watered and is now fast asleep in Relocation Essential No.2 - boy oh boy, I love that dog!

I found the nearest Kruger supermarket today. Now enjoying a lovely Californian cab sauv in Relocation Essential No.3

I think we got the essential order right!
