Day Two  ....... same city, different view - but where?

Probably somewhat easier than yesterday which, to be honest, could have been just about anywhere.
If you are flummoxed (great word) then the "extra" may help with a bit of research!!   

I know that these entertainers are all over the world but they fascinate me - still not completely sure how this one is done!!

Back home later today - should walk into the house around 8.30 tonight.
