Learning Curve

Since my camera is in hospital I've reverted to the dslr that I used for years, the d700.
I loved it, and still do, but I found it just too heavy with any lens other than the 50mm.
Anyway, it's just been sitting on a shelf for two years and I realised my fingers were reaching for buttons that weren't there.
Have spent an hour or so reacquainting myself with it.

All this is by way of explaining that my blip was a result of fiddling with shutter speed, timer, tripod etc.

It's taken a while, but it's slowly coming back.
