On the Job....

Yet another day with the roaring and rumbling of heavy machinery...With a small bulldozer, roller and compactor, not to mention shovels in use, the area to the south of our house is finally ready for tar-sealing. The gang was here yesterday scraping up the ancient asphalt.The noise was so horrendous that Molly, the Maine Coon, did a runner and was away overnight. I found her at lunchtime and shut her safely indoors. She can now breathe a sigh of relief until the machinery returns next week.
