Go With the Flow

Even if you go with the flow, you can still cavort in the slipstream, like one in a pod of dolphin riding the bow's wave.  I'm sort of an outsider and loner, and when I'm in the thick of things, I find myself trying to make waves and shake things up (I think at least partially to make my way back to being the loner).  But I've found the best of both worlds is to fit reasonably in, without losing your self.  I manage that by discovering ways to shine that make me proud, and I don't care whether anyone else appreciates them or not.
