Altitude Training!

I live in a valley near the river Tyne but for our walk today the Boss took Fat Dog and me to Slaley woods, near to Grannies house. It is much higher up here and there is lots of snow. The Boss explained (yawn!) that this was due to the altitude and that I should run round lots as altitude training was good for athletes.

Well I ran round lots and lots again so I must be very fit now! Only one problem. I ran round so much that I lost Fat Dog.

Oh Well!
