Fine Day Furt

It's been a breezy day and more cloudy than the past while but still plenty of sunshine.  It's been a fairly cloudy evening.

I've been working downstairs in the museum all day.  I've been on the desk for most of the day, while Cathy was busy showing the summer staff what to do.  A steady flow of visitors in, there was a cruise ship in Lerwick.  Met some Australian visitors from the cruise who were here tracing family routes.   Finished work, quick change, and bolt out the door after tea for my shift in the pub.  A quiet night and finished early.  Walkies with Sammy and then a quiet night with the telly.

I enjoyed a lunchtime walk about Lerwick in the sunshine.  It was the only time I snapped any photos too.  I came along Da Street and there was a few folk but most must gave vanished for lunch.  The bunting certainly helps give that summer party feel.  Taken on Commercial Street, Lerwick.
