Mindfulness and Restoration

I started my day with 5 minutes of meditation. I have only recently started placing meditation into my routine and I can assure you they are not lying when they tell you it is difficult!

Although I feel more relaxed about life since starting 2 weeks ago, I have still yet to completely block out the world and let it wash over my body. The pros have reassured me that it will take some time but I am determined. 

I followed this up with a two hour stroll along the canal in the woods, I had a wonderful time.
