Surprisingly it didn't rain here at all today, and we even had a bit of sunshine in between the black clouds, so I did an hour or so's weeding, and then went shopping for more corn for my hens.
The football fans had a lye in, went for an 8k run, had a swim, and went off to see the Ile d'Oleron. They are now busy making fresh pasta, although they've never done it before, and are cooking spaghetti carbonara for us.
I bought some spaghetti from the supermarket just in case!
