Despite a few recent practise sessions where we've pretended to be a dentist who wanted to count his teeth the wingpiglet was mildly reticent when it came to be his turn in the chair today. His extra tooth is confirmed as a proper extra tooth and apparently might be the harbinger of an extra adult tooth in that position as it's quite normally-formed. I'm sure it's not my first visit to the dentist since Edgar took a small chip out of one of my incisors when he toothbutted me but when I mentioned it today the dentist brought out a wee buzzing thing and smoothed off the edges a bit, though sharpness of the edges hadn't been a noticeable issue.
