Above the clouds

This is the view before our descent into Edinburgh airport. Looks nice - but the cloud was so dense and so low lying the captain had to use the autoland system. Was incredible that the first view of terra firma was about 100ft off the ground. The plane deserved a round of applause - never got one - if the passengers had been Italian it would have!!! All devices had to be switched off for this approach. Glad everyone conformed
