Best Rack...

...of lamb ever! Mr Mole dropped in on one of his return trips from BC. Cynthia didn't feel like cooking, and didn't want to go out, so Mole and I went to the Copper Hog. 

I wish I could remember what was in the garnish besides mint -- it was delicious. I gave Mole one of my chops -- not sure if it was before or after I took the photo. I could have eaten the whole thing, but managed to restrain myself, and saved a couple of chops and some couscous for C.

I want to go back and have this again.

Almost forgot to mention Aunt Sally, the excellent sour wild ale from Lagunitas.
