(Ceme) Tery Tuesday

We have spent all day at the hospital with my sister. She fell last weekend, and broke the big bone in her arm. The doctors were afraid it was not going to heal properly with a set and a cast. So, today she had an operation, and they put in a long rod with 3 screws. She will have a long recovery.

We left her watching her Detroit Tigers (baseball), and I'll probably pick her up tomorrow.

On the way home, we stopped at the cemetery where ALL the big names from the old history of Flint are buried. This large memorial bears the name Whiting. Nowadays, in the  cultural center area...is the Whiting Auditorium, THE place in Flint for plays, concerts, graduations, etc.

If you pray...I'd appreciate prayers of healing for my sister. Thank you.
