Elephant Hawk Moth.
Heavy showers this morning.after lunch Di texed to see if i wanted to go for a walk.the rain had cleared we walked to Helston we were going to have a coffe at the boating lake but Alfie the dog would not cross the road onto the lakeside.he often does this and will not budge so we walked back to the Stables cafe.and the sun came out so we sat for a while.a couple of the seasonal rangers were showing us moths they had just released from a net on to the foliage.one was a buff-tip which just looked like a crinkled leaf and the other eyed hawk moth which look like a twig.see extra pics.
