The Future

The snap was a bit rushed and I didn't catch the big bubble thingy on the roof, but the operator (can't really say driver) gave me a wave. I had heard Google were testing their self-driving vehicles on the roads in Chandler. Saw it beetling along the main road at 45mph, in afternoon traffic and decided I needed a photo so I stalked it into a neighborhood.
I'm very interested in this tech advance. For those of us in cities, I think these will be part of our daily lives, probably operated by Uber, within a very short number of years That will make it safer for the rest of us as the drunks and texters try to get home.
